On The Road Again: Pom Pom Squad

Well, well, well. Look who's taking their show on the road?

Brooklyn's Pom Pom Squad calls themselves "quiet grrrl punk," which is almost reason enough alone to fall in smit with them. But give them a listen (start with Valentine's Day release "Red With Love") and you'll hear a charmingly bittersweet spot between Alvvays and peak '90s angst, with spiky guitars and Mia Berrin's sweet tart vocals.

April sees this foursome hit the road with Disq and The Front Bottoms, and after last year's Ow EP, hopefully 2020 brings even more from this Squad.
