Video of The Day: Numb.er

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

LA's Numb.er just released Goodbye on Friday (felte), and to celebrate the dark wave/synthpunk outfit also unleashed the video for "Again." The song's taut, knife-edge energy is pointed and intense, a live wire exposed and sparking. "Again" is full of a rather delicious darkness.  

Picking up on the nervy energy, the video's effective approach of tight shots of the band playing in a steamy loft space keeps things pure and simple.
