Video Of The Day: Hala

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Ian Ruhala (AKA Hala) hasn't wasted any time when it comes to making music. This 21-year old tenderfoot has already released quite a bit of music, and has just released new single "Sorry." This giddy bedroom pop sparkler is a treat, all fizz, hipshake, and just the right amount of doe-eyed melancholy.

Ruhala directed the song's video, a clip that sees him strolling, dancing, and busting out some sweet air guitar moves in a bold tracksuit on the streets of his homebase, Detroit. It all goes by in a flash, and will more than likely leave you wanting more. Based on what I've heard of Hala, there should be a whole lot more to come.
