It's time once again to cast a longing glance down to Raleigh and the delectable Hopscotch. In my humble opinion, this is one of the best festivals around, and since 2010 it's been doing nothing but get bigger and better every year. Sadly, I won't be there this year, but I've pored over the lineup and have a handful of picks that I think you should pay close attention to. There's an easy appeal to the music of Charleston's Susto. Their low country loveliness marries traditional sounds with the frenetic pace of modern life, and the results are absolute gems. Susto plays at Kings at 11:00 PM on 9/9.
