Sounds of Hopscotch 2017 #17: Museum Mouth

It's time once again to cast a longing glance down to Raleigh and the delectable Hopscotch. In my humble opinion, this is one of the best festivals around, and since 2010 it's been doing nothing but get bigger and better every year. Sadly, I won't be there this year, but I've pored over the lineup and have a handful of picks that I think you should pay close attention to.

It's not everyday you hear a Sheryl Crow cover, but Wilmington's Museum Mouth fearlessly goes there. When they're not covering passé pop songs, the dudes are wrapped up in jangly, fuzzed-up tomfoolery, the kind that sounds like it's probably a heck of a good time live. Go and see, why don't you?

Museum Mouth plays Lincoln at 10:30 PM on 9/8.
