Video of The Day: Alvvays

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

It's not been out all that long, but "In Undertow" is already one of my favorite songs of the year. Admittedly, that makes me a little predisposed to love the video. But in my humble opinion there's nothing like some Alvvays to add some goodness to one's day. Revel in the delightfully wistful, yet ebullient poppy jangle, my friends. And get into the vintage 70s vibes of the video, replete with some saturated colorscapes and visual effects. You may find yourself inspired to pre-order the new record, Antisocialites, which would be a very smart move indeed.
