Video of The Day: Foliage

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

I'm head over heels for this new Foliage single, my friends. This "dreamy jangly surfy 'gaze" captures an It moment - youthful sweetness with wistful what-ifs. It's a song that's as easy to swoon over as it is to dance to (which i find pretty easy on both counts), in the vein of Beach Fossils and The Pains of Being Pure at Heart. The enchanting "Dare" features a video that's full of the agony and ecstasy of young love. Stay tuned for more Foliage to come on the super rad Spirit Goth Records.
