Video of The Day: Strand of Oaks

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

I'll keep it short and sweet: I love Strand of Oaks, and you should too. Case in point being this video. This here video for "Everything" is rad because a) it reminds me of the so-wrong-it's-right, not-for-kids kid show Wondershowzen, and b) it was animated by the very awesome Chad VanGaalen. It's a little bit icky, but with the crunchy bombast of Tim Showalter's delicious noise hitting all the right notes it's hard not to get sucked in.
