Singles Club: Gold Connections + Brompton Collective + Ty Richards

Consider Singles Club your musical matchmaker. I do hope you'll give all these ready to mingle bachelors and bachelorettes your ear as you listen to some new favorite tunes. Read on in the hopes of finding your musical love connection.

Charlottesville is a beautiful place, and Gold Connections makes some beautiful sounds. Masterminded by Will Marsh, "New Religion" slowly but steadily builds from plaintive fuzz to full-on shambolic calamity. Expect to hear more from this Fat Possum signee in the near future.

Brompton Collective is a backyard find, a DC duo with their head and hearts floating somewhere otherworldly. "Collide" is a golden gazing little number, dancing somewhere between the stars and the sun.

Ty Richards is doing his part to Keep Austin Weird. With "Going out For a Cigarette," Richards calls upon his dance and psych influences and comes across as a spectral space cowboy, a little bit disco and a little bit rock and roll.
