Video of The Day: Alvvays

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

It's been a couple years since this record came out, but I'm still totally smitten with the adorable Alvvays. I've been listening to their self-titled long player a lot this summer, and "Next of Kin" totally fits the season with those surf's up, pale-skin-by-the-seaside fuzzed-out vibes. The video is a fitting visual feast of bright colors, shore scenes, and meaningful glances.
