Video Of The Day: Glimmermen

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

There's something rather uplifting about Glimmermen's "Bang," both in song and in video. In "Bang" the Irish outfit traverses terrain both hopeful and grounded, with an earnest tunefulness (in a way that reminds me a bit of The Proclaimers) that's hard to deny. The video is a treat, too, bouncing between country, city, and the shore. A wonderful listen for the weekend (or really for any day of the week).
