The Week in Shows: 1/4-1/10

A Sunday evening that's a little on the chilly side seems as good a time as any to plot ones weekly live music schedule, I think. Let's take a look at what's happening in the greater DC metro this week, shall we? Hot diggity!

It's the start of a new year, and that means the novelty of another year of fresh expectations and anticipation. That of course applies to live music, as well. It's another rather light week around town, as one might expect, but there's still some great stuff coming through (not least of which is all that celebrating happening at the 9:30 Club this week).
