Singles Club: Sonya Kitchell

It's been a good long while (round about seven years) since Sonya Kitchell has released any new music, but the new year sees the Grammy-winning siren release her latest long player We Come Apart.

"Mexico" is the current single from the new record, and it's a heck of a how do you do. Kitchell's voice could launch a thousand ships during the nearly four minutes of the song, her voice all spell-castingly sensuousness and honey-coated. It's pretty much a knockout.
