Singles Club: Oscar

Now here's a boy with quite a thorn in his side. One name boy wonder Oscar has just unleashed the single "Breaking My Phone," and it's one of those songs that I just can't get enough of.

An ode to the pains of love not just for those involved but also touching upon the lovesick plight of the mobile phones of the world, Oscar's latest effort is a catchy, darkly brooding, grimy little nugget, poppy but thankfully way more substantive than the usual pop drivel. And then there's that voice. I swoon every time.
