Meet Estrangers

Oh, North Carolina. You do move in mysterious ways. It's time to talk about another band from the great musical hotbed of Carolina del Norte, this time hailing from the Winston-Salem area. Estrangers, they are called, and I like them quite a bit.

Theirs is a glorious noise, friends, one that brings together darkness and light in shades of Scotland and New Zealand and even their very own Research Triangle. Perfectly fuzzy, fizzy pop, with hints of the olden days about it. Definitely very promising indeed, and I'm looking forward to hearing more out of Estrangers.
