It's almost here, friends! The Fall installment of the STPP Fest is nigh upon us, and it's about time to get to know the musicians that are part of the showcase yours truly has put together. Come spend your weekend at The Islander with us!

BIO: Mercies is a garage/post punk band out of DC that has been described as “confrontational yet catchy.” Main influences are Wire and the Pixies, and those are the most frequent comparisons drawn by listeners. Mercies met at school at Georgetown and have been playing together in some form or another for years, and it shows in their chemistry, both creatively and on stage.
