Newsflash!: Win Tickets to The Districts @ 9:30 Club, 3/10/20

I've been going to shows at the legendary 9:30 Club since I was a teenager, and have seen some of the best of the best grace that venerable stage. It is a pleasure to be offering a pair of tickets to the following upcoming 9:30/IMP show.

As the release date (March 13) for new record You Know I'm Not Going Anywhere draws ever nearer, Philly's The Districts is spending some quality time out on the road.

You Know I'm Not Going Anywhere is an album that almost wasn't. Rob Grote's songs were borne out of a time of personal and professional change and upheaval, some good, some bad, some exhausting. As Grote explains, “Originally, I had no intention of them even being a record. It was strictly a process of trying to connect to something outside of and larger than myself—kind of this rocky imbalance of isolating myself while trying to maintain connections as time rushed on." Thankfully, though, the record will soon be out for one and all to get their hands on.   

But back to the tour. The Districts just so happens to be swinging by the District on 3/10, and if you've got hankering to go, I've got a hankering to help.
