Video of The Day: Operators

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Montreal project Operators is fixing to release their second record, Radiant Dawn, on Last Gang later this month. You'll find the rather incandescent, synth-sational fatalism of "I Feel Emotion" on said record. The dynamic song is a shimmy-shake for end times, given the perfect voice by Wolf Parade's Dan Boeckner.

The video echoes the world's end sentiment.  Hulking stacks of TVs sit placed in desolate, lifeless scenes, the TVs proving to be more alive than the physical realm in which they exist. Beautifully shot and worth a good many views.
