This wasn't my first time seeing CHVRCHES, and not my first time seeing them in a packed house, but it was my first time seeing them in such a large venue. The seriously sold out show was full of smiling faces, hanging on every pulse of the synths courtesy Iain Cook and Martin Doherty, not to mention Lauren Mayberry's every note and strut. The attention was entirely well-deserved, these three have always been outstanding live as far as I'm concerned. It was a pretty impressive night, it must be said, and yet another sensational show from these adorable, incredibly entertaining Scots.
