Video Of The Day: IDER

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

One's 20s are the decade in which the anxieties and uncertainties of life lead to mid-life crises that can start taking place pretty regularly. IDER captures that meltdown mentality in the dreamiest way possible with their slinky, lazy Sunday shimmery pop perfection. In addition to being a treasure of a vocal performance, it's a rather introspective pop song, and serves as a kind of inspiration to live in the moment instead of feeling regret later on.

The song's video, shot in undeniably photogenic London, utilizes slow motion shots and a wee bit of silliness to express a little joie de vivre. Definitely a bonus to enhance this gem of a song.
