Video Of The Day: Monsterheart

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Is there anything sweeter than the relief of a Friday evening after a horrible work week? Perhaps there is - the enchanting spooky pop of Monsterheart. The haunting fuzz of "Timber" makes for a dizzying midnight pop diamond. This completely irresistible song  is just the right kind of song to make mischief to in the wee small hours of the night. It hides in the shadows and peeks around corners, playing hard-to-get with a ghostly giggle and a sly, spectral wink.

The video, filmed in Paris, captures the insatiable, constant motion of the song with rapid-fire footage across the impossibly photogenic city.
