Video of The Day: Kazy Lambist

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

From Montpelier, France, comes Kazy Lambist, electro-pop enthusiast and purveyor of slinky little numbers like "Love Song." This nuanced nighttime seduction features a little vocal help from Glasses and creates a potent, supple bit of come hither.

The video takes a decidedly vintage turn, feeling very 1980s and a little over the top, shot on the grounds of a sumptuous chateau. Possibly taking cues from the overall absurdity of love itself, the heroine of our video does a lot of chasing her intended all over the place. Ultimately, she wins, but it's up to you to decide if that's because of what she was chasing or because she ends up dancing to this here song.
