Video of The Day: Jef Maarawi

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Brazil-born, Athens-based Jef Maarawi exudes a certain raw energy in the plaintive, pleading "Forest." The video for this engaging, emotional nugget was shot in Brazil, and places Jef in several beautiful, natural settings (yes, including a forest). This is a song and video that truly belong together, and one watch/listen isn't enough.
