Video of The Day: Makeup Girl

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Take a lovely little visual tour of this here city of ours in Makeup Girl's video for "Something New," won't you? It's a sharp-dressed mannequin's point of view (and questionable choices) we follow along on a sunny blue afternoon in the District of Columbia as the hazy, dreamy fuzz pop of these DC dudes cuts loose.
