Newsflash!: Savannah Stopover 2018
I've written quite a bit about the Savannah Stopover festival over the years, and it constantly looks like a little firecracker. If you're not familiar, this boutique festival is perfectly situated to host bands making their way to Austin for SXSW, and every year has a great looking lineup.
Today the first wave of bands was announced for next year's festival. From March 8-10, 2018, you can catch bands like Of Montreal, Shopping, Acid Dad, Grandchildren, Public Access TV, and a whole heck of a lot more. If this first batch of bands is any indication, the 2018 installment of the Savannah Stopover is going to be epic. The Stopover is also a great place to discover regional bands, along with the SXSW-bound acts. Once again, I find myself wishing I was able to go (but don't cry for me too much, Argentina, I'll be swanning around over in England at the time).
Full list of today's announced bands below. Take a peek and consider buying yourself a ticket!
