Sounds of Hopscotch 2017 #22: Dear Nora

It's time once again to cast a longing glance down to Raleigh and the delectable Hopscotch. In my humble opinion, this is one of the best festivals around, and since 2010 it's been doing nothing but get bigger and better every year. Sadly, I won't be there this year, but I've pored over the lineup and have a handful of picks that I think you should pay close attention to.

There's a wonderful delicacy to Dear Nora, a fragile tenderness that comes out of each note. The brainchild of Katy Davidson, Dear Nora has been around for many years, and her songs feel comfortable as old friends. It's well worth your time to spend a little quality time with Katy and her lovely songs.

Dear Nora plays at Lincoln at 10:30 PM on 9/9.
