Video of The Day: Mt. Joy

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Seeing as Mt. Joy is in town tonight (at DC9), it feels appropriate to love up on their video for "Sheep." The song is an indie folked reflection of the troubled times in which we are living in every single day, and the video attempts to find humor by incorporating a piñata of everyone's least favorite villain. In a way, it's a song of solidarity, a sentiment that is very much appreciated.
