Video of The Day: Hollow Everdaze

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Not only is the Hollow Everdaze ditty "Cartoons" a heck of an infectious song, but the video for said song is darned hard to tear your eyes away from. The constantly shifting, collage work images represent a punchy pastiche of vintage photos and art, hitting just the right visual note for this dandy of a jangling, fuzzy mess. This is a song of infinite possibility, and it proves to be an excellent way to kick off the weekend, indeed.
