Video of The Day: Reptaliens

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Recent Captured Tracks signees and eccentric dreampop purveyors Reptaliens just released, on this very day, their first single for said label. Directed by drummer Tyler Verigin, the clip for the moody, muted rainbow nugget is "about the life and making of a serial killer." Not your average inspiration, then. So sweetly and addictively catchy that you might find yourself humming it all day, the song's worth many a listen and the video too is rather enjoyable. Yes, really.
