Video of The Day: The xx

There's a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

The return of The xx makes yours truly a very happy lady, my friends. Dig into this here clip for "On Hold," starring not only The xx but the small town of Marfa, Texas (though no Marfa Lights, sadly). The drama of high school teens, shot sublimely, is just right to go with the moody, broody synthery and boy-girl vocals of the song. Love, love, and love some more.
