Video of The Day: Flyying Colours

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Not to be confused with the also way far-out Harrisonburg, VA outfit Flyying Colors, today's chosen video comes from Down Under noisemakers Flyying Colours. The Melbourne band has toured with a couple of my very very favorites, A Place to Bury Strangers and The Brian Jonestown Massacre, and you can hear both the obliterating chaos and melodic muscle in "It's Tomorrow Now." Oh, and there's more than a little of some good old shoegaze to swoon over as well. The video loops around from band shots to band on TV and back again, adding a little visual disorientation to go along well with the sonic kerfuffle.
