Video Of The Day: Beach House

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

I am all sorts of in smit with this little clip for Beach House's "The Traveller." It's got that early 1980s feel, with the slightly grainy look and very retro colors and shapes. And walking. So much walking. The song itself has all the divine, starry-eyed coolness of most Beach House songs, along with occasional siren notes that call to mind the seductive works of Goldfrapp. Thumbs up all over the place.
