Video of The Day: Massive Attack

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Sometimes a song benefits from an involved, artistic, elaborate video. And sometimes, as is the case with the always amazing Massive Attack's "Ritual Spirit," all you need is Kate Moss in a bodysuit swinging an Edison bulb against an inky black backdrop. The simplicity allows all the more focus on the sinewy, deliberate coil of the song, in the way certain Massive Attack songs can smolder so well. Yet another impeccable one from the triumphant return of these legends.
