Video of The Day: GEMS

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

And now for something completely different. I'm usually more into the video medium itself, but sometimes I can't help but be bitten by the studio session bug. So when former DC duo GEMS visited KEXP, I had to watch. This flawless pair really lays down the law with their ethereal synth pop, and doing two of my very favorite of their songs sealed the deal. A great watch.
