Video of The Day: Oasis

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Indulge me, if you will. But driving around today, my iPod shuffled onto "Wonderwall," and I've had the song in my head all day. I can't tell you how much I looked forward to seeing this video, back in the 90s, and how much I swooned over Gallagher the younger. It's really not the best video, in truth, but it does evoke memories of a certain time, when Labor was New and thrilling and when Burberry shirts and Beatle cuts were a big deal. I'm still mystified by the clowns, myself, but the color-changing guitar was a nice touch. And so, ladies and gents, let's engage in a little Oasis nostalgia, shall we?
