Video of The Day: The Coral

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

I'm sick of not seeing the sun, but who needs it when there's videos like The Coral's "Chasing the Tail of a Dream" to be seen? The endless swirl of vintage psychedelic swirls fits hand in glove with the song's dark droning. The guitar solo midway through is especially dreamy. In this little ditty, the boys have joined the psych side, and I wholeheartedly approve. Can't wait to hear what else they've been up to when new LP Distance Inbetween comes out to play in March.
