Video of The Day #84: Déjà Vega

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

I'm not quite ready to let Halloween go, so I was pretty pleased to be alerted to this dandy of a video from Déjà Vega. Dancing cartoon skeletons superimposed on weird live action footage involving a scarecrow make for three and a half minutes you can't look away from. The song, "Skeletons in the Florist," is a chunky, gritty piece of psych rock from the North of England, perfectly dark and just a touch menacing.
