Video of The Day: Sisters Of Your Sunshine Vapor

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

It's been a little while since I've said anything about Sisters of Your Sunshine Vapor, and that's a rather egregious error on my part. I'm terribly sorry, y'all. Over the past little while, the Motor City trio has been hard at work crafting some seriously bewitching muscle psych rock, and "Desert Brain" is one hell of a trip. The video, too, is something to behold. Creeping down a hallway to the band in performance, the black and white view is eventually shed, revealing rich colors and a rather robust sound. By the time it's all over, you might just want what they're having.
