Video of The Day: Lower Dens

There’s a bunch of videos out there. Some of them are good. Some of them are a cut above. I like to think my picks for Video Of The Day are a cut (or two) above.

Y'all know that as far as I'm concerned, Lower Dens can pretty much do no wrong. I've been spending a lot of time with the Escape from Evil lp, and am totally getting wrapped up in their journey down a synthier, slicker, 80s-nostalgic path. "To Die in L.A." and the accompanying video capture much of the excessive vapidity and over-the-topness that many associate with dear Los Angeles, all while sounding totally gorgeous.
