Singles Club: Nervosas

There I was, just minding my own business, reading some email, when Nervosas came along and punched me in the face (you know what I mean).

"Night Room," from their self-titled Dirtnap release, is just under three minutes of tightly-wound, frantic, brooding tempestuousness. This is a song that pulverizes so tenderly. It's the kind of song that makes you press your headphones close in order to try to get the song as close to your insides as possible (that's what it does to me, anyway).
