On The Road Again: Dawes & Blitzen Trapper

It's a rare occurrence indeed when a double bill pops up that I'm pretty darned excited about. But lo and behold, from the West Coast comes just such a bill, and I'm pleased as punch about this one, y'all. The rousingly lovely Dawes (who get to spend time with Robbie Robertson, lucky ducks!) of and, well, rousingly lovely Blitzen Trapper are joining forces to tour across ye olde US of A, and their DC stop at the Black Cat (sold out, as one might expect) is just what the doctor ordered to make next Monday officially Not Suck. To say I'm looking forward to this might be the understatement of the day.

Several dates are already sold out in addition to the DC date, so make sure you don't wait til the last minute on this one. It's gonna be a doozy and a half.
